Series Plot
The new series finds Zack Martin and Cody Martin aboard the SS Tipton, a luxury passenger cruise liner. While out at sea, Zack and Cody get into mischief and make friends with Woody.
down to the ditzie demeanor and frivolous spending and name of the character. London learns to live a "fabu-less" lifestyle, including sharing a small room with Bailey Grant, The cruise liner is owned by London Tipton's father. Mr. Tipton is never fully seen in the show. The ship cruises the world with tourists and students who attend classes at Seven Seas High, the one high school that London's dad thinks will make his daughter a better student. London is an obvious parody of Paris Hilton, a country girl from Kansas.
Mr.Moseby the somewhat uptight manager of the Tipton Hotel, is chaperone on The S.S. Tipton. Though he acts as though he does not care about the boys, he actually has a great deal of affection for them. Mr. Moseby is probably more of a father to London than her own; he said he taught London how to walk, her ABC's, and how to drive (or tried to). He cares for London and treats her like his own.

The Suite Life Set Sails
Zack becomes sad when Maddie isn't with them. Cody meets Bailey who he thinks is ugly but he keeps it a secret from her. London is also frustrated when she has to share a room with Bailey. Cody makes Zack happy by doing things they do in the hotel. But, when Zack, Cody, London and Bailey gets in trouble, they got punished.

Parrot Island
Zack, Cody, London and Bailey begins school and they get distracted when they see many birds on the window. They realize that they will be learning about the parrots.

It's All The Greek To Me
The ship visits Greece and the class learns about Greek.

When In Rome
The class visits Rome, Italy and Miss Emma becomes mad when the boys breaks an artifact.

Stormy Night
It’s a stormy night so Zack and Cody have to stay in the deck room and get locked in.

The Tipton Hotel Visits The S.S Tipton
Nia, Maddie, Esteban, Arwin, and Lance are thrilled when they get the chance to visit the S.S. Tipton but they must also work in there. They then feel down when they meet the cruise ship manager.

Maddie And The Prince
Zack tries to impress Maddie when she comes to visit. He also tries to convinced her that he has grown and he wants to be with her. But, when the Jonas Brothers go for a vacation for a week at The S.S. Tipton Zack becomes mad.

Cody And The President
Cody gets to meet the President because he E-mailed him whit a lot of good ideas to make the U.S. a better place to live and London learns how to cook.
